Ms. Hollis is a registered nurse with 35+ years of healthcare experience in clinical care and specialty pharmacy. She has served as Executive Vice-President of Medical Operations and Business Development for a startup company in the addiction space following her nursing career and co-
ownership of 2 Specialty Pharmacies.

Ms. Hollis was co-founder, owner and president of ITSRx Specialty Pharmacy. Ms. Hollis helped lead ITSRx to a successful exit through an acquisition by Enhanced Equity (2011), which ultimately became part of Acaria Health, now a subsidiary of Centene Corporation (CNC).
For over four years, she served as Vice President of Product Development at AcariaHealth Specialty Pharmacy, providing national management and oversight of sales and account management teams. In
2024, Ms. Hollis helped lead another Specialty Pharmacy, EPSrx, to a successful partnership with
CarePartners Pharmacy. Ms. Hollis’ business acumen and healthcare background, make her an outstanding compliment to the Flash Point Solutions business team.  

Ms. Hollis holds a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree from Capital University, Columbus, Ohio.
